Welcome to Closer Today, operated by Koe Development (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Closer Today website (the “Site”) and the Closer Today mobile application (the “App”), together referred to as the “Services”.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission.

2. Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration,

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the Services

You agree not to use the Services:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation,

• To impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation,

• To upload, post, or transmit content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others,

• To reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code.

4. Pro Membership

Closer Today offers an optional Pro subscription that allows users to generate reflection summaries on demand. Free users can get a summary once every 3 days after submitting their first one. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable payment terms and authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge your payment method.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any journal reflections or content you submit via the App (“User Content”). By using the Services, you grant us a license to securely store, process, and display your User Content to provide core functionality of the app (e.g., syncing with your partner, generating summaries).

We will never publicly share or sell your reflections without your consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may cancel your account at any time within the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and App, including logos, branding, and UI design, is the property of Koegames LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we are not liable for any loss of data, emotional distress, or indirect damages resulting from your use of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koegames LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services. In jurisdictions that do not allow limitations on liability, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Services (if any) in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
